RIO CREEK COUNTY STORE

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to act as our primary contact, provide excellent customer service and help meet sales quotas for our business. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct customers
  • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
  • Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
  • Cross-sell products
  • Ensure racks are fully stocked
  • Manage returns of merchandise
  • Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers
  • Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
  • Understanding of the retail sales process
  • Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
  • Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures with forklift experience
  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to work various shifts

NAPA Auto Parts Counter Salespeople are the backbone of our business. Our Know How is the reason our customers continue to come back and we depend on our Counter Sales team to exemplify our commitment to quality and service. We are looking for an experienced professional who is energetic, organized, and willingly able to effectively help customers by demonstrating a high degree of knowledge and exceptional communication skills.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all store customers
  • Assist both retail and wholesale customers with their auto parts questions and needs, either in person, via the telephone, or through online ordering
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other purchasing transactions
  • Utilizing computer skills to operate the store point of sale system (TAMS) to search for parts and customer accounts, and to invoice and pull orders
  • Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
  • Effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers
  • Working retail hours is required.
  • Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.

Qualifications

 

  • Mechanical knowledge; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Lift 50 pounds; bend or squat to floor level shelving; climb steps or ladders
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous automotive or truck parts experience preferred but not required
  • Weekend hours required.

AGRONOMY

 

 

At Door County Cooperative you will be part of a team supporting our local farm community. Your daily responsibilities will be general shop maintenance, delivery of seed and fertilizer, skid steer operation, spreading fertilizer with potential for spraying crops. The ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills, self-motivated, positive work ethic, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Attention to detail with ability to work un-supervised.
  • Must hold a valid Wisconsin driver’s license with the opportunity to secure a CDL
  • Potential to obtain pesticide applicator training license (PAT)
  • Ability to life 60lbs. Be able to pull, push, stand and walk without assistance
  • Ability to operate vehicles in compliance with company DOT requirements
  • Ability to communicate with supervisor of all maintenance and repairs of equipment and supplies
  • Work outside in inclement weather/driving conditions
  • Loads, secures, transports, delivers and unloads specific crop support commodities to and from specified destinations
