Dairy Feed Mill Operator
The Door County Cooperative's Shirley Feed Mill division is seeking an individual to effectively and efficiently operate our mill and manufacture high-quality feed in a timely manner. Qualified individuals must have a positive attitude toward Safety, Sales, Customer Service, and Employee Teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Receive bagged, dry bulk, and liquid ingredients.
- Operate the forklift to unload bagged ingredients into proper storage.
- Complete inventory analysis of ingredients for the first-in, first-out process.
- Maintain housekeeping of ingredient & feed areas per OSHA standards.
- Assist management with production scheduling, inventory planning, and control for both ingredients and finished product.
- Operate the ingredient truck & feed mill receiving & load out equipment on a daily basis.
- Operate feed batching, grinding, and liquid application equipment on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Lift bags of feed and ingredient bags ranging from 50 to 100 pounds on a frequent basis.
- Knowledge of how to operate computers and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures.
- Able to pass pre-employment DOT physical, drug test, and Homeland Security Background Check.
Qualifications
- Feed Mill experience is a plus
- CDL license a plus, not required

Deliverly Driver and Operator
The Shirley Feed Mill driver is responsible for loading and unloading trucks. The truck driver must follow the directions of the supervisor. The driver is responsible for compliance with Department of Transportation safety rules and regulations, all company policies, local, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering the correct product, unloading the feed/truck load at the correct destination, and the correct bins/warehouse
- Responsible for the completion of the required paperwork
- Report truck and equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor, and perform preventive maintenance (and repairs as needed) on equipment
- Perform and maintain routine warehouse housekeeping to achieve FSMA and OSHA compliance at all times
- General mill and grain tasks such as: manufacturing feed following quality assurance policies, standard operating procedures, and Current Good Manufacturing Practices
Requirements
- Class A - CDL
- A valid DOT Federal medical card
- Ability to lift 60 pounds
- Climb ladders over 50 feet
- Operate a pallet jack with 2,000 pounds of material
- Random drug testing

Acts as primary point of contact for all Pro Lawn customers and ensures the customer’s needs are being met by maintaining personal and business image, and ensuring the customer receives a good experience.
Responsibilities
- Prep trucks and equipment (not limited to checking the fluid levels and oil levels of the vehicles before heading out for the day)
- Ensure that the Pro Lawn Rider and all other equipment needed to do your job are in working order
- Follow inventory procedures and report to your direct manager daily
- Complete the proper paperwork for each customer
- Follow the price sheet when invoicing customers
- Provide estimates and explain them to the customers, if needed

Sales Associate
We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to act as our primary contact, provide excellent customer service, and help meet sales quotas for our business. Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all store customers
- Assist both retail and wholesale customers with their auto parts questions and needs, either in person, via the telephone, or through online ordering
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other purchasing transactions
- Utilizing computer skills to operate the store's point of sale system (TAMS) to search for parts and customer accounts, and to invoice and pull orders
- Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery
- Effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers
- Working retail hours is required, with some weekends
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.
